We require all clients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rebooking an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows will be invoiced for the full session that was scheduled.
Should the unfortunate incident arise that we reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, clients will receive one free appointment upon rescheduling. The rescheduled appointment will need to be within 7 days of the cancellation.
